Policy

All guests must be present a valid form of states photo I.D. or passport to be scanned on arrival. This is mandatory and a condition of our license. You will not be able to enter the venue without valid identification.

For guests under 21 years of age, our general policy is as followed:

1. Private karaoke room only.
2. Any guest under the age of 21 years must leave our facility by 11 pm on Friday and Saturday.
3. Any guest under the age of 21 years are prohibited from entering KP Karaoke after 9 pm on Friday and Saturday.
4. Under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by adult legal guardian over 25 years or older.
5. Our facility cannot serve alcohol to any guest under the age of 21 years old.
6. For guests over 21 with underage in the room, alcoholic beverages may be purchased and liability is the legal responsibility of the person who bought it.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The gratuity will be added for all private rooms and party of 4 or more at the main lobby. Some restrictions may apply.

KP Karaoke operates a strict entry policy to ensure that all guests are in a safe and secure environment to enjoy our nights carefree and leave in good spirits.

KP Karaoke is under 24-hour CCTV operation.

Following recent changes to Data Protection, we emphasize that any personal information taken from you remains strictly secure, confidential and GDPR compliant.

KP Karaoke does not tolerate aggressive or violent behavior towards our staff or any member of the public within our premises under any circumstances. Any person in violation may be removed from the premises at the discretion of the door supervisors and management.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue at any time at the discretion of the door supervisors and management.

We reserve the right to charge for damages caused intentionally or negligently, lost or stolen equipment and for smoking or drug use within any areas of the venue. Any person in violation may be removed from the premises at the discretion of the door supervisors and management.

Booking Information

Online reservations will require a card guarantee to secure your booking.

All reservations will be required to pay $40 or up deposit which is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 1 month of your booking. For Deposit for bookings, please get in touch directly by calling us on 916-853-2006 or through the contact form.

Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking will lose the deposit placed at the time of booking.

Karaoke Rooms are allocated based on group size, therefore any changes to your booking must be made at least 72 hours prior to your booking. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations within the group without prior notice which is non-refundable.

Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from your reservation time. In the case of late arrivals, please give us a call to let us know and we can attempt to accommodate you and keep your timeslot. Please be aware that at peak periods, this will be subject to availability and we cannot guarantee a room for late arrivals. During busy periods, any late arrivals will not be given extra time, therefore, please ensure you leave sufficient time to check-in.
